We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with proper images or videos showing the issue. Requests raised beyond this period may not be accepted.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received.

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

If your package arrives damaged, please take unboxing photos or a video and share them with our team within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us raise a claim with our courier partners and resolve your concern promptly.
